In the event that Petite Legs will be sending out an exchange order to you, it is likely we will use Collect+ or Royal Mail. Petite Legs reserves the right to send your exchange order using any alternative courier.

Petite Legs cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items by the courier.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost whilst under the responsibility of the courier, every effort will be made to try and locate the parcel. If you have selected a tracked delivery option, the item(s) should be covered by insurance. You are responsible for selecting the most appropriate service for your needs. A certificate of posting if always gained for Royal Mail Standard delivery. If you are returning an item back to Petite Legs, you are responsible for producing proof of postage, or you will unfortunately not be unable to make a claim in the event of this unlikely situation. Please visit for compensation information.

You are responsible for making sure the parcel can be signed for, and/or receiving your parcel from the couriers collection centre if they were unable to leave the parcel at your home address. Petite Legs is unable to communicate with the courier for the parcel to be left at a designated safe place. This responsibility lies between yourself and the courier, if necessary.

Jeans are heavy garments, unfortunately, and the cost to send through the post is getting more and more expensive. Our pricing is established as fairly as possible, so neither yourself or Petite Legs ends up short-changed. Your Petite Legs Postage and Packing charges include: 1. The postage cost via selected courier for the average weight item(s), 2: The value of packaging and informative materials, 3: The time spent in man hours to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All prices are VAT inclusive.

Very occasionally Petite Legs is closed for maintenance. If you have placed an order whilst the shop is closed, your order will be shipped within the estimated time, after the displayed shop opening date. Shop closures are clearly announced with anticipated duration on the Petite Legs Home Page. We thank you for your patience in this situation.

For orders over 3 items, your postage rate will be calculated at the checkout. The more items you purchase, generally your postage per item will work out better value. Click ‘more info’ at the checkout to see complete pricing. For orders over 10 items, please email me for a personalised postage quote.

We aim to dispatch your item(s) up to 3 working days from the date the order was placed. Dispatch times may take longer during busy periods. If your order was placed outside working hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), please note that the dispatch period will commence from the next working day.
